Copying Favourites between Garmin Nuvi units

Hi,
I have just upgraded to a Nuvi 1490T, I have a Nuvi 310D with all my favourites on it. Is there any way to transfer them over to the new unit?

I used Garmin MapSource to that just today with a new unit.

ta, found I was also using the wrong drive mapping to look for the files too...
