fog lamp rear "issues"

I have a 1999 V70.
rear near side fog lamp is not working, have tried a new bulb, still not working.....I take it it has a wiring problem? any suggestions how I get this fixed, or how to go about it/

( on MOT it passed because the off side one was working!)

Not sure about the V70, but both my '97 and '01 V40's are only wired for one lamp on the drivers side. Makes me think the V70 will be the same.
