V40 heater question. Help needed.

Mrs JVs V40 has developed a rather strange problem. The heater fan only works on its highest setting. Whilst I am no expert I would have thought the fan would either work or not work. Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated.

Hi it sounds like your heater motor resisitor has failed it quite common and an easy fix
