Wooden boat model suggestions

Decided a suitable lockdown birthday present would be a model boat for my Dad. Something along the lines of

has been suggested.

He has all manner of wood working tools (he used to make rocking horses, furniture etc) I'm looking for something he can spend weeks making.

Any other suppliers to look at for similar kits?
