Lego Knock offs?

Has anyone ever tried them, there are kits that look identical for 25-50% of Lego equivalent prices. Makes sense I guess, Lego bits are not exactly difficult to replace in china I'm sure, but for more expensive sets... Has anyone ever tried them?

eBay seems to be 50%, AliExpress half again... Never had any real issues with AliExpress, even ok some more medium cost items.
