Painting Model cars

Hi, this might not be right forum but I have a challenge I can’t solve. My petrolhead brother is turning 70 so 8 am buying a 1/43 scale model of every car he’s owned (28). I have two challenges
Does anyone know a model painter who would paint 10 of the cats 5he colour he owned them in
I have 5 cars (boring ones hence n9 diecast models of them ) which 8 would like to get re created
Toyota Camry estate 1989
Honda accord saloon 1994
Honda city 1994
Toyota Camry saloon 1993 (v6!)
Chrysler Town & country MPV 2001
