Funny enough I had cause to contact them earlier this week. Didn't know there was a specific address I just used the generic one. Can't remember the day I contacted them, Monday or Tuesday and still waiting for a response. Pretty poor.

Use this:-

Airfix said:
If you kit has an item(s) missing, please note the part number (as found on sprue) and contact Hornby Customer Care on 01843 233525 and ask for Airfix Spares or by email; customercare@hornby.com
I had a reply using email within 2 days and replacement part within a week.

There was a guy on Britmodeller who bought the new £120 1:24 Airfix Mosquito. Apparently BOTH fuselage halves were completely missing from the box, which I found strangely amusing.

Another guy on there bought the Airfix Dambusters diorama set, and found that somehow they'd managed to put the wrong model in the box (the one with the upper turret hole and fairing).

I have visions of them having a load of old bumbling fools in the factory, randomly shoving things into boxes. You are much better off spending your hard earned on a model from Revell or Tamiya IMHO.
