Help Finding Tomcats
Discussion
Hello all,
I've almost completed a 1:48 F-14 in the black playboy colours, I love the model and F-14's in general. Can you get any other 1:48 Tomcats? I remember when I was younger seeing a jolly rogers one but I can't find one anymore.
I'm not after a particular squadron I just want some more to line up on my shelf/maybe do a make shift carrier scene.
TIA
George

Hasegawa and Revell do Tomcats in 1:48 IIRC. I built a Revell Tomcat in Jolly Rogers scheme many years ago (no long gone) not sure what scale it was though.I've almost completed a 1:48 F-14 in the black playboy colours, I love the model and F-14's in general. If it's just different decals you want, do a Google search for "1:48 tomcat f-14 decals" and I'm sure you could spend several hours looking through all the aftermarket decals available.
Afterburner do a sheet 48-069

As for kits the Hasegawa is considered the best in 1/48
There may be a new future release by HobbyBoss.

don't suppose anyone's done (from scratch, I assume there are no kits) an S47 Berkut?
Edit; Googled that macross thing, it's a cartoon. Wondered why it looked vaguely Transformery
