Had one of these - http://tinyurl.com/63v6ky9 - when they first came out and had to sell it when potless a few years ago.

Not being an expert on models, what should I look out for when comparing? Obviously know to get mint & boxed but some ads go on about 1st editions having gold wheel nuts and prices vary from expensive to very ambitious.

Any tips appreciated.

I would not pay any attention to an add that states it's a first edition. Just a sales tactic to make it sound more rare than it is.

I tried to buy one before Autoart released their (superb, incidentally) 1:18; I chased to 200 but they all went for around the £230-50 mark. Saw a brand new one at a model fair for £299.

And i thought my habit of buying the 1/43 F1 models was expensive.
