Seems like the best section to ask.

I forgot all about my 1/5th scale car round my Mums. The thing is, I haven't got it out and started it for over 7/8 years.

I purchased it as a Porsche 911 GT2 (ECO) and slowly turned it into a Sportsline model including getting it ready for racing at club level. I soon got more into my Football again and then before I knew it I was buying my own place and had two kids.

I left it as it stands now with a Porsche 911 GT3 RS shell on.

What would I need to do to get it up and running again?

I assume that a new set of battery packs will be required, but more importantly I cannot get 4 star anywhere now. Can I use neat V Power to flush it out and then use normal 95 ron?

If not is there anyone local to Sunbury/Ashford that does this as a Hobby willing to take a look and get it up and running again.

V power with some 2 stroke oil will sort it out.

I would advise you run a full tank through. You might also want to think about a new spark plug.
