1/700 Scale decals?

Hi I have a modest collection of RN 1/700 scale ships. A lot from when
I was a kid.

I am steadily doing them up, repainting, mending etc.

Never been great with applying decals but if I could make my own, trial and error would mean they'd eventually work.

Can I buy sheets of decal paper that I can print on to?

Also what font and size would work for 1/700 scale ship pennant numbers? Do you reckon it would be possible do replicate White flight deck markings?
