Nice easy one for the fly boys I guess...

I'm after a nice electric cheap/small helicopter (for indoor flying).

I would want it to have the same/similar functionality as it's bigger more expensive brothers,

Is this possible? Any recommendations?

Sorry to hijack but possibly we're after the same thing wink

I'm looking for recommendations for one for my son who's approaching 6 years of age, so I'm looking for a 3 channel mini I think so its easy to control and he can use it inside.

Would a child of this age manage a 4 channel or best to start with 3 and go from there?

Just spotted another thread on here and somebody recommends this:

Not sure if there is anything else I should be considering for upto £40?

Your link doesn't seem to work.

From my quick scout around, the blade scout seems ok for a 3 channel mini helicopter... Just not sure it would hold the flyers interest too much, if it's easy to fly.

Blade are pretty good for beginners. I started off on an indoor Blade MCX, then up to a Blade 400 outdoor heli then to a Trek 450. Got rid of them all now though, no time to fly them.
