Thanks in part to this forum, I've decided to build a model. It's been 25 years since I last built one and have started this

Part way through I noticed a part missing, checked everywhere, checked again and then went through each sprue to check it wasn't numbered but I'm 100% sure it's missing so I emailed Airfix on Sunday night. I was very pleased to see I got a reply on Monday to say the part had been picked and would be dispatched on Tuesday, now that's what I call customer service!
