RC driveshaft help!
Discussion
Hi all,
I bought a RC car today and already have a problem. This is gonna be difficult to picture given my explanation, but bear with me. One of the rear driveshafts is broken! It's a long bit of metal, with "pins" at each end which go through a ball at each end. Anyways, on this shaft, the pins have come loose and fall out losing drive. Ive tried to glue them back (superglue and a poxy mix stuff) but it doesn't last.
Does anyone have any other good ideas? I can take it back, but it's a right arseache!
Cheers.

Remove the pins and clean off the glue.
Make some raised ridges or pop marks around the middle of the pin - use a centre punch or side cutters. Be careful not to damage the ends of the pin where it sits in the cup, just the bit that goes inside the hole in the shaft.
Use a small hammer and punch to drive the pin back into the shaft.
