Original Star Wars toys

My son is doing a 'history' project at school, covering the 70s and 80s. As it happens I'm visiting my parents for half term and there is a loft full of original star wars toys. I was one of four sons and we were all into Star Wars so there is loads up there.

Now, I'm happy to give most of it to my lad to take to school and then play with, but is there anything I should look out for that is worth a pretty penny and I'd be better off selling it?
