One of my latest builds. This is the MiniArt 1/35 scale Russian Street diorama with base, onto which I have added the Trumpeter S-65 Tractor, Trumpeter ML-20 152mm Howitzer and some MiniArt tank crew. Weathered with AK intereactive pigments and washes, plus MiG Productions powders. All the component parts went togehter very well which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable build.

Very nice. Who's the punter in the doorway? It looks like they're saying "Oi, you can't park that here" (in Russian).

Cheers Eric, he's actually the commander of the outfit and he's just been inside to relieve himself, or somesuch.

Excellent stuff. I need to get into making some dioramas for my models.

Thanks for the nice comments. A lot of the techniques I used on this model I got from the excellent advice from the members on the Britmodeller forums.

It really does look "right", so many dioramas fall at the realism stage

Mine do, certainly

Well plotted stories work best, like "been inside to do his stuff!"

great stuff
