1/48 Tamiya Cromwell MkIV

This is my first ever tank built and go at full weathering.

Paints and colours used: Model Air Medium Green, Modelmates Oil Brown, Burnt Umber Oil, Europe Dust + Dark Mud Mig Pigments, Tamiya Buff + Xtracrylics Matt Varnish

I think I may have the armour bug now as it was a fun build. Plus I have just picked up the Hobby Boss Merkava IIID [LIC] for £26 from Modelzone!

Looks terrific. I have one of these on the go - well, I opened the box a year ago, at any rate - and you've set the bar pretty high.

To be fair I first opened my box about 3 years ago.
I am in the process of trying finish all my part done kits, while trying not to start too many new ones lol

Jackal, I too am catching up with some kits that I've started but for various reasons shelved.

You forget just how far you've got with some of them when you reappraise them..

Finished model here: http://picturepush.com/public/3143946NB, not my figure. I just need to stretch some plastic sprue to add a cigarette to his left (gloved) hand, dampen down the blue colour of the leggings and re-attach the main gun barrel (which has broken off).
