flocking fail..help please

tried to flock some model car interior pieces today and its not working too good

tried clear pva glue and it doesnt really stick

i then tried humbrol matt clear , it stuck slightly and needed another coat of flocking so when i re applied the humbrol it lifted the 1st lot of flocking

Sounds like you're flocked.
