Removing Decals
Discussion
What are you trying to achieve?
If you wish to re-use them, then you're going to be out of luck. The logos will be tampa printed or waterslide decals, either can be removed with care. If waterslide decals, a damp cocktail stick can be used to carefully scratch them away from the paint. If printed, you can use a cotton stick and some metal polish to very carefully polish the emblem off. A cocktail stick can also be used with the polish for fine areas.

I want to paint it a different colour and don't want the unwanted decals showing though
Youd be better off dismantling the model (unscrew or drill out the rivets), dip the metal bits in paint stripper until you get to claen metal and re prime and re spray. If there are any transparent parts that method would possibly save masking too. IMO.I would strip it back to bare metal. Remember to remove every part that is plastic as it will melt. Paint stripper nowadays is rubbish and doesn't work as they stopped selling it with a certain chemical in. I bought some that still had it in & its brilliant stuff, just need to wear gloves when you do it.
If you are just removing decals & leaving the original paint, either brake fluid or acetone free nail varnish remover.
