1/18 Display Cases

I picked up a Tamco display case from Modelzone in Smiths in Brum recently. I'm really unimpressed with the quality. You quite literally can't focus on the model inside.

Has anyone else used these and found similar or are they normally ok? I can't find the receipt and it's a bit of a trek back to Birmingham to swap it for another just to find it's the same!

Can anyone recommend a brand/source of suitable stackable cases which are worth the money please?

It's an even bigger trek to find that modelzone no longer exists.

It was bought by WH Smiths and now exists as a concession in a handful of their larger shops.

Birmingham being one of them

I knew they'd bought the brand from the thread on here, perhaps someone more knowledgeable will tell us whether it's the same shop enough to take returns etc or whether your be dependent on good will from Smith's.

Blimey! From my crude understanding of German that's a pack of 6 cases for £45!?! Bargain! Cheers

Mines is the same where the plastic is blurry? if you get what i mean.

Yup, they come beatifully packaged from Germany and look fab!
You can stack them also.

In that case I will get some ordered. This POS I have here can go on my desk at work with a cheapy model in!

thought so it does seem weird i also have cases of other ones listed, much better.
