Airfix are releasing a new 1/72 hc1 Chinook. Decal options include the legendary 'survivor' BN.

I'm waiting for the verdict of the ex RAF Odiham chaps who frequent my model club. Some of these lads have worked on the RAF Chinook fleet for 40 years so know the aircraft inside out (almost literally).

I'm sure it will be a very good kit.

This explains the snigger I received from a couple of the Airfix guys at the IPMS when I suggested doing Bravo November in several variants over time as they did with the Sea King.
