Peugeot 207 Front foglight replacement DIY or Dealer ?

So the wifes 207 needs a new offside front foglight, cheap enough on e-bay but is it a DIY job ? I can get my hand to the back of the foglight for bulb replacement but can only feel the ends of screws rather than nuts at the fitting points. Does this mean front bumper off ? Easy ? Hard ? Going in for first service next week what is the dealer likely to charge ?
