106 bumper strips!

Hope this is the correct section for this.

Anyone get any ideas of how to get the bumper strips off a pug 106 2002 without breaking them?

I’ve removed the bumper but there is a support brace on the inside that is preventing me from getting access to the strips. The brace thing seems to be molded on rather then bolted so I don’t think I will be able to reattach it if I just rip the sod off.

They are just clipped on , a screw driver and a bit of leverage should sort it out , we've taken them off at work and re- attached them .....
