Anyone know this car? W77 TAM?

I saw this at Evans Halshaw Renault yesterday. Does anyone know it or the owner? I think his name is Tam. Used to own a Red Megane previously.

It's a R26 F1 Megane in Abil Blue.

I like that colour and looked in great condition even though it was getting water tested for a leak. In Edinburgh too where I am!
