They have serviced my Continental GT for the last three years and seem to have made a good job of it. The benefit of using a main dealer is that you get the Bentley electronic tweaks to which others don't have access.

Is the GT on a fixed-price servicing scheme?

You're in Hampshire and not using Phantom Motors?

(Warranty items on a newish car still under manufacturers warranty excepted)

I have no experience of their service, however I've seen their premises when I viewed a car. The car was overpriced and unprepared so I left disappointed.

I bought my Silver Shadow from Phantom Motors and was mightily impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail.

Phantom serviced my Mulsanne S for 10 years and supplied the GT and their excellent reputation is well deserved.
Bentley Hampshire are more convenient for the Isle of Wight ferry. They charge the book prices for service, so most services are around £800 and occasionally £1500.
Best wishes.

Seems like Phantom are popular. Have to admit I didn't think much of their premises or stock.

I'd stick with a main dealer if the car I buy has a FBSH, otherwise I'll consider Phantom or Balmoral.

Pretty much one of the very best independents in the country, and when it comes to the GT, probably the world, they even race the things. But the scruffy showroom, oily rag and cracked mug presentation isn't for everyone smile
