Need Exhaust Manifold
Discussion
Sorry to hear about your bad luck. There is nothing more certain than the fact that the manifold will crack in time. It is generally not worthwhile welding the manifold so it is time to get your cheque book out unfortunately. I replaced the manifold on my SE the other month and I found it relatively easy to do in-situ. If you are going to undertake this job yourself I suggest that you make sure that you bend back the locking tabs fully as it helps access to get on the nuts. Also, remove the heathields around the left hand engine mount and the vaccum pump to maximise access. A few different brand 13mm spanners also comes in handy because the angles are slightly different; this helps when you can only get a fraction of a turn on the nuts. Cost for the parts will be in the region of $1500. Good luck.

I've replaced mine last year together with my race mechanic. We need 10 hours for the whole job.You have to remove all heat shields and you need some different 13' tools, including a Dremel, cause sometimes the bolts and nuts are burned together.
I've found my manifold at eBay,brand new for the half of price(655 Euros, regular 1376 Euros).
