Hi. Getting the thing out is a straight forward affair requiring lots of colorful words and several levels of "oh, that has to be moved or taken out the way too" moments...

However, take a look at the "you got in ONE Kylie" post. I listed the way we repaired a similar crack in a friends Ferrari. Looked at it on the rack next to the Esprit and determined that the same repair process should work.

I hope the first thread was correct with my terminology....( im only a oz)

The removal of the RADIATOR FANS COWLING (manual name)

Thats what was broken at the top ends and top screws missing and is banging together at the top,,, now tied with some cable ties..
Moreso noticable now .. thus knowing what is the problem ...(listening out 4 it)

Many Thanks

Yep. This the part I thought your were refering to. Like I said, removal is pretty straight forward - just bit more tedious than you'd think once you get going on it. The Glass fiber/carbon fiber trick I described in the above stated post works well if you have the time to do it.

If your screw holes are stripped - fill them in totally with glass fiber or carbon fiber. Sand the surface smooth and use a tap and dye to re-thread (be sure of course that the threads you are cutting are correct).
