S2 manual on CD?

The printed form is over the postal 2kg limit so is expensive to send to NZ. Is there a CD version been done?

If the S2 manual is anything like the S3 manual it is a bunch of loose pages (i.e. not bound) in a three ring binder. You may be able to find another Lotus owner that might be willing to remove the sheets from the binder and send those to you (which may be less than 2kg, if not you can certainly split it into two sections.)
