Interior help needed

It is a silly thing I know, but the fisheye reading lights on my 94S4 are pushed up into the sockets. what I need to know is if the housing for the light and reading lights just pops out or is it more involved than that. Just checking befroe I break it

Thats funny, I was just trying to remove the same part myself, and after poking and prying I've had no luck - I just don't want to force it and have it break! So if anyone has any words of wisdom as to how its removed, I'd love to hear them!
