1993 WOW!

Great day yesterday, really motivated me. I was driving home and I spotted out of the corner of my eye a Red with black wheels 93 Esprit! I quickly pulled into the gas station and had a friendly chat with the owner. Turns out he lives about 10 minutes from me. he wasnt a part of any Lotus club or anything, and you could sort of tell. He was nice, but wasnt the typical Lotus guy. In that I mean, you could tell he didnt really fully understand the car he had in his possession, it seemed more like a ego purchase. The car had a beautiful tan interior that smelled amazing!

Anyway, it had only 9,000 miles on it!!! The car was MINT. He told me he was selling it next summer, I gave him my phone number. But I know to stay away from it because:
1. it had only 9K on it
2. he stated it had run flawless with no problems
3. he never drives it

And you could tell he would probably try to get in the $30K range. And for that, might as well for S4.

Nontheless, the car was immaculate, motivated the hell out of me, and this was the first time iv'e seen in real life the special black wheels found on the 93.
Looked better than I had thought.

Hi how far away are you from buying one, are you still saving up? The problem is once you have one there is a small problem of wanting to upgrade to a newer model or spend thousands on a whole rebuild of the car like I am planing to do with some nice goodies, to get it running perfect and more power. It never ends. Not putting you off but its very addictive and can take up loads of your time. Good luck
