Has anyone contacted Ronal USA outlet lately?
I live in Canada and there is suppose to be an outlet in Stevensville Ontario . No number listed on the web so I called Ronal USA . The guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk to me. These wheels are nice but that guy put me off buying them just on principle.

I tried to get the Ronal wheels last year but couldn't get the info I needed in a timely manner so ended up getting the OZ Novas instead.

You might try contacting Denis at DVR. Don't know what they have for Lotus but they have some nice wheels and Denis owns a couple of Esprits. One of his cars is shown on the homepage.

Good luck.

Just a note on wheels... I got a fantastic deal from jay ataka on a set of used saturns. He always has a few sets of lotus wheels in stock so you may want to try giving him a call. His site is www.autoinspector.org/Esprit.htm

I was looking at a set of Ronals for my 99. I also encountered problems with courtesy.

I would not buy a set now if they were $1.

I have never understood being rude to a potential customer who was willing to pay money for a product.

Strange that you guys had probs with Ronal. I purchased from them and received great service. I delt with Gary Allison. He was very nice and knowledgable about the offset etc the Esprit needed. He even sent me 2 sets of additional center caps for free after I lost one on the road. And that was almost a year after my purchase! Anyway, I have been very happy with my wheels and am sorry they have taken a turn for th worse. Maybe they have had a change of managment at Ronalusa.

Thanks for the input. I agree that these wheels are very nice and available in a variety of colors but WOW! are they expensive. Almost 5g's in Canadian funds without tires ! I can buy a set of OZ Novas for 1/2 that. Think I'll keep looking. There's got to be a reasonable wheel out there somewhere.
