first..
i am have 95 s4s and the book says there are footwell light . i dont see any... where are they???????

That is what is says, but I have never seen one on my S4s.

I got two in my S4s ! footwell right hand side underneath the dash/glovebox area,its probaly just a blown filament ,(the lights look like the ones used in the boot and front boot) hope thats of some help !

IIRC, the federal cars did not have the lighted footwells. Probably something to do with the fact that they have the steering wheel on the wrong side in the UK....

the model history in the service notes does specify the lights for USA models... but i think i will stop looking

I've also spent a while looking for the mystical footwell lights in my 95.5 S4s, and to date I've never found them!

Don't need em...
when the driver enters the car on the "proper side", the street lights are more than good enough to light the footwell! Hahaha!
