Does anyone know the replacement part, manufacturers name and part number, for an 89 Esprit fuel pump.
This car has the Delco system therefore I am not sure that the bosch parts listed in the "parts" section apply. I have removed the pump assembly and any tips on servicing it would be also greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I have been told that the pump is the same for 85-96 but you'll have to double check this out. The part number is:-
Primary pump Bosch 0580-254-967 or GFP208
Secondary Pump Bosch 0580-254-970 or GFP214
Both fit Porsche 911 turbo if that helps.

Cheers,

If you need a replacement then speak to Steve @ SJ Sportscars - he replaced mine for £53 + VAT (non turbo) but he also has them for Carb Turbos for £85 + VAT. I can't imagine there's any difference for a LHD car.

Gents, The system in my Esprit is by Delco and according to the local Lotus guru the pump should be an AC Delco unit. Does anyone know the part number cross reference? The Delco system does not have a primary and secondary pump set up.
If I can ascertain the proper AC number I can get the part quicker and cheaper.
