anyone have a Metric Speedo for an S4s?

my US car is in Canada now and althought the dual readout is accepted, the km/h numbers are tiny...
A euro one would be cool, I will find a way to set the km,,,...

and off topic why do I have to log in twice all the time here?

I am in Ausr and both of mine have dual speedo's, but the metric one is the large one.
