Does anyone have an experience with the official luggage rack for the boot of the Stevens Esprit?
It is almost the same as for the Elise but the lenght of the rack is different.

Don't do it.

If you do such a thing you might as well screw a large cup holder into the leather interior at the same time.

It will alter the value of your car.

I suspect that anyone fitting one of these would experience the whoosh and slap of any other Esprit driver they meet.

Just tell the woman she can only take the one pair of shoes

The problem is not the wife but the 3 kids. I can't put everything in the caravan I am pulling anyway...

I didn't know a luggage rack was available on the Esprit. Anyone have a picture?

So this wouldn't be the right time or place to ask how I fit the blue neon lights under my S4s then :-)

you laugh, but my brother had a towbar fitted to his 88 turbo. He used to tow his speedboat to the coast, he also used to say it was the best car for towing, but had to remember that he had the boat on whilst through the curves.

I remember a picture on internet with a standing esprit seeming to tow a caravan.
In fact I believe the luggage rack is a good option (despite the previous answers) when traveling far away (with the roof on and the rack empty) and then visiting a local area under the sun , putting the glassroof in the boot while the luggages are on the rack.
OK OK OK I will never use it on the track I PROMISED...
