S4 Side Indicators

Can anyone tell me what the side indicators on an S4 Esprit are from and where to get them?
The ones near the side mirror:

Vaguely recall reading somewhere they are from an obscure old Renault? (19 or 25?). Anyhow SJ Sportscars have them listed (http://www.sjsportscars.co.uk/index.php?mod=10), and err Lotus I suppose.

EDIT here you go, listed for; RENAULT 5 (84 - 91), 9 ( upto 92 ), 11 ( upto 92 ), 19 (88 - 92), 21 ( upto 92 ), Espace (upto 95 ); LOTUS Esprit Side Repeaters.
