My S4 has the standard lateral bar under the front of the seat, just pull up and slide foward ;-)

And did you figure out how to move the back of the seat forward and backward (recline)? Just turn the wheel on the side of the seat.

While we are talking seats, does anyone else have a hand pump under the driver's seat? What the heck is that for? or am I the only one?

If there's no lateral bar at the front, it's possible the PO removed the rails and bolted the seat to the floor for increased head room.

The hand pump is to pump up the lumbar bag in the seat back.

Lumbar.... and check the passenger seat, there should be one there too.

Thanks for the replies, the problem is that the PO took out the tracks to make headroom. Does anyone know where I can buy the tracks for the seats? You guys have been great!
