long trip advice

When the weather finally improves I am off across Europe for a blast in the V8. So far the car has been reliable (1 cracked turbo oil pipe aside).

Any advice would be much appreciated as to any "essential" bits to take with me from your past experiences of being marooned.

4 litres of Mobile 1 15W 50.
Water canister.
WD 40.
Torch.
Sleeping bag.
