I believe statistically it’s more likely to snow at Easter than Christmas in the UK.

I have done revival and Fos many times. Is there a strickter dress code for the members meeting?

Can I wear jeans and trainers for comfort?

There's no dress code for the MM, it's not a recreation of a particular era. Despite that last year I noticed a few people dressing as if they thought it was the Revival.

Dress however you like, it’s your day to enjoy. Comfy shoes though if you want to walk the circuit, if much more entertaining round the other side!
