Evening all,

Managed to get the afternoon of work today and went for a couple of hours... Got my Bonhams catalogue signed by Lord March, said hello to Jason Plato, and saw Rowan Atkinson in the auction... That's about it so far.

Unbelievably, I've sorted badges for the house for the rest of the weekend, a mate who did the same last year through Ferrari hospitality was drinking bubbly on the balcony with Kylie.

So, having convinced SWMBO to come along for the rest of it on the promise of celebrity presence, who have you seen?

To those who are going, have a great time !! Can't believe this is the 18th year...!!

Cheers - Nick

Duggie Lampkin .. only.

I think all the celebs and drivers now have places to stay away from the public.

Was still a great event though.

Tiff at MMS. For celebrity spotting go to the Dunhill Drivers' Club entrance where the groupies hang about with photos to be signed. You can tell the ebayers as they have a pile of stuff to be signed.

Even better, go inside (if you can wink ). I've never seen so many legends in one place before. Being in a queue behind Bruno Senna and in front of Derek Bell was quite surreal...

Fair old haul over 2 days - Nick Mason, Button, Webber, Hakkinen, Surtees, Moss (his wife Susie even chatted up Cloth Junior, 8 years old and the boy clearly has my magic wink) Karun Chandok, Richard Noble and Andy Green, Jake Humphries and Murray Walker in car queuing for the Supercar run.........oh and Racing Pete doing the same - ok ok, scraping the barrel now biggrin
Pics of most to follow, once I get them out of the box brownie.

Friday- Kris Meeke? mark Gene, jason plato, matt neal, and pretty sure i saw JayKay from Jamiroquai walking through but not 100% (he was eating an ice cream) walked past me and i shouted to dad 'look dad it's that JK fella' he then proceeded to stare at me looking quite angry and walked off. So it could have just been a lookalike or he just wasn't ahppy to be spotted.
