I bought that exact Boardman MTB about 18mths ago - I find it is great. I really hammer mine on some steep downhill routes and the shocks/brakes have had a really hard life but its done well and feels great. used to go a out 2-3 times a week for a bout a year Nothing broken all good. did change the seat over to a more comfy one for my bum.

It was my first choice until the other one appeared. I'm not clued up enough to tell the difference apart from the Boardman is a decent bit lighter.

Between those two I'd pick whichever one you like the paint job of. They'll both be great. Personally I'd have the Boardy. My mate has one, I have the model down, and it's a superb bike.

Yes, that was my thinking. The Boardman is 2kg lighter which I'd guess would be noticeable.
