Suggest a Good Hybrid with Very Upright Comfy Position?

What would you suggest be the best stuff I could get for circa 500-900?
-Is lightweight and nimble
-Large tyres
-Very upright position, I want it to be a cruiser -relaxing to drive bike.
-Front suspension would be a huge bonus.

Was chasing my dog across fields yesterday on it. Done a couple of 50-56 mile sportives on it. And equally happy commuting to work on road/cycle paths/forest path/tow paths.

The best upright position would be a Dutch bike with a Brooks saddle, but lightweight and nimble they are not!

I fear your list of requirements are tricky to put together in one bike - you might have to compromise a bit.
