Carbon dropout failure - opinions wanted.
Discussion
I've a 2012 (purchased in 2013) Wilier Gran Turismo which currently has 10500 Strava miles under it's wheels.
Over the last week it has developed a creak similar to a failing bottom bracket or possibly freehub, I took it to my LBS for inspection and they have said that all bearings are fine and that the creak is likely to be coming from a loose mech hanger, the snag is that the hanger is loose due to the compression of the dropout, as it stands there is no way to straighten it.
I've attached a pic which clearly shows where the QR has been digging into the frame.

It should be noted that the bike was in the same shop last month for a minor tune up and this issue wasn't noticed then, the creak also started several rides after having been in the shop.
Could this be a very annoying end of the road for this frame? It is still under warranty but I've no idea if this would be covered.

Is there a bit missing?
Looks like something might have been riveted to the carbon there?
I don't think so, the two heads you see are for the mech hanger.Looks like something might have been riveted to the carbon there?
TBH I've never paid a huge amount of attention to that area of the bike, I've emailed Wilier so eagerly awaiting their response!
I think the warranty on WIlier frames is only 5 years and that's if you register with them (otherwise 2 years) still worth checking
I've seen some people bond steel plates onto the carbon dropout to stop the QR wearing though, although not sure that would enable you to straighten mech?
There are a few companies that do carbon dropout repairs repairs, but Ive read that it isn't straightforward and a bit pricey
Sorry cant be more positive
