All,

I want to store my bike pump on the seat tube using the bottle cage screws. I've got a Lezyne pump, but it's only got an offset mount intended for next to a bottle cage, and with no option of centrally mounting it.

Is there a decent quality, small, light pump with a central mount, or do I end up designing my own Lezyne replacement and 3D printing it?

Cheers.

Don't think I've ever seen a mini pump bracket that doesn't sit off centre. I expect most people would rather run 2 bottle cages, or if aero was an issue they would carry CO2 cartridges in their back pocket.

Why do you want it centred out of interest?

The bracket for mine is designed to stop the pump extending.

You could always pack the pump (and some other stuff) inside a spare bottle. You could then get rid of a saddle bag and/or the stuff in your pockets.

Could do. Is there a specific bottle type thing for tools etc?

Cable ties are for if your frame doesn’t have eyelets.

If your pump is vertical it wouldn’t extend anyway, and you can always stick a rubber band round it.
