Grim. Obviously I don’t think anything official is out there about how/what but his history of being a fking knobhead with a short fuse is really not going to help him here. RIP, really nasty stuff, and two kids under 5 too.

Didn't Dennis abandon the 2020 TdF due to marital issues?

I vaguely recall some problems at home that he used as the excuse albeit that was due to his training regime as I understood it whereas now he is retired.

Definitely a mercurial character.
