Just got this - my first cycling computer. Have teamed it with a 4iiii Ultegra crank power meter.

Any tips and tricks I should know about?! Thanks!

I'm still on an ageing 810!

Youtube would be my first port of call for hints and tips, particularly DC Rainmaker.

Also the GPLama Youtube channel.

For instance, useful third party data field via ConnectIQ to show more data on the ClimbPro screen

Locking the screen via the power button (if it's the same as my cheaper edge) can be helpful if you're anything like me.

If I don't lock the screen, when I drop sweat on it, the touchscreen responds and chooses a menu item or scrolls to another screen.

If you have old eyes it makes more sense to have 2-4 datapoints on the screen and multiple screens to scroll through rather than having multiple datapoints on one screen

The Nav functions are really useful and it is well worth learning how to plot a route on OS maps, Garmin or even nicking someone else's from Strava and loading it up via your phone. Can be a bit glitchy but if you're on holiday it's just so helpful not having to stop and look at your phone.

Thanks all!

I do indeed like the idea of more data on the climbpro screen!
