Has anybody heard of this company, if so are they decent bikes

I can't see any UK reviews. There's nothing on the Road.cc website and they cover just about everything.
That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the bikes. They seem to be a well established Spanish brand that is gradually exporting further afield.
Unless they use weird proprietary components you should be alright.
