Hi Krister,
I am both a little bit angry and a lot ashamed about this project,
it seems that I am stuck between the promoting crew and the producing crew,
think about it as a filmed version of "Chinese Democracy" or "Duke Nukem Forever"...
I already did most of the commentary, and did not forget mentioning that
in this race your team did not only win the race,
but set the foundations for the #1 this season.
However, I have to wait "just a little" more,
maybe it will be a Christmas 08 Easter 09 present ?

No, and I doubt it ever will.............*sigh*......long story short:
It seems that the promotor was not pleased with the material & end result,
maybe it will be included as a "bonus" in the 2009 video edition.
Sad but true, I still think it should have been released.
