Snetterton MSVT 15th Sep - anyone missing a helmet section?

I found this under my passenger seat when I was cleaning my car out after a MSVT track day at Snetterton on 15th Sep...is this anyone's?

Did you not make a COVID track & trace log to capture all your passengers' details

The only passenger I had was an instructor and it wasn't his so it must of flew in from another car or flipped up from the track.
