That's really useful, thanks!
Seems on the more expensive side compared to a regular track day. I presume you can have as many runs as you can fit in (taking it in turns etc.)?

Your likely to see some turbo bikes taking part including Guy Martin usually, and often People cracking 250mph

Although I do see it says “must have a membership and a National Advanced Nora Licence to do this.”, which feels a bit unnecessary.Your likely to see some turbo bikes taking part including Guy Martin usually, and often People cracking 250mph

It's only an online form and a fiver. The days of allowing people to rock up and attempt 200mph without any checks or scrutiny are long gone I'm afraid. Once you've joined you can go whenever you want to any of their events across the UK. 200Plus Club said:

Are these still a thing?
I know VMAX200 use to do them at Bruntingthorpe but I think that's long gone.
What are the alternatives?
last time I did this, I ended up with a spectacular explosion at 190mph, and an £18k bill for a new engine. These events are hard, especially on tuned cars. Never again!I know VMAX200 use to do them at Bruntingthorpe but I think that's long gone.

Everything needs to be spot on particularly if tuned to sustain long full throttle pulls on a runway. 200Plus Club said:

t itself anyway. I think if I were to do it again, i'd borrow a turbo ZZR or Hayabusa. Forum | Track Days | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
